The prices stated on the product pages are exclusive of statutory VAT and other price components. The VAT of currently 19% will be added to the shopping basket.
novastar.shop delivers exclusively within the EU as well as Switzerland, Norway & the United Kingdom.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket system and on the order page.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The shipping costs are additionally calculated with the statutory VAT of 19%. As the VAT on the shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher in the process, but only lower in your favour.
Below you will find a list of our shipping costs for which we charge a respective flat shipping rate. Deliveries can only be sent to the delivery address specified as the billing address (billing address=delivery address).
Please note that the "Order Value" listed refers to the NET VALUE of the goods to be delivered excluding shipping costs.
Your order should be placed as early as possible so that we can guarantee same-day dispatch from our warehouse (if payment is received immediately via PayPal or credit card).
ATTENTION! Same day shipping cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability, demand and supply of several factors.
The information listed in the table "Shipping costs" does not apply to deliveries to islands. We will inform you about shipping costs for bulky goods or pallet shipping on request. For not listed areas please contact our novastar.store service.
