Prices, shipping costs & delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages are exclusive of VAT and other price components. The VAT of currently 19% will be added in the shopping cart.
novastar.store delivers exclusively within the EU, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The shipping costs are additionally calculated with the statutory VAT of 19%. As the VAT on the shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
Below you will find a list of our shipping costs for which we charge a shipping fee. Deliveries can only be sent to the delivery address specified as the billing address (billing address = delivery address).
Please note that the listed "order value" refers to the NET VALUE of the goods to be delivered without shipping costs.
Your order should be placed as early as possible so that we can guarantee shipment from our warehouse (with immediate receipt of payment via PayPal or credit card) on the same day.
ATTENTION: Same day shipping cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability, demand and supply of several factors.
The information listed in the "Shipping costs" table does not refer to deliveries to islands. We will inform you of shipping costs for bulky goods or pallet shipments on request. For areas not listed, please contact our novastar.store service.
